React Native Bluetooth (BLE) Fixes

Seeking a React Native specialist to troubleshoot dropping background Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connections. The app connects to custom ESP32 hardware via react-native-ble-plx. Data needs to sync automatically via SQLite when the hardware is within range, but the connection keeps terminating when the app is minimized. Need this patched for Android specifically. Hardware prototypes and a test device will be shipped to you.
