AWS Fargate Setup for Legacy Laravel 7

Looking for an AWS engineer to migrate a legacy PHP 7.4/Laravel 7 application. Currently hosted on a vulnerable VPS and needs to be containerized. Task is to write the Dockerfile, set up an ECS Fargate cluster, RDS MySQL, and ElastiCache. Need strict Security Groups configured. A clean database dump and source code repo are ready. Looking for someone who can deploy this within 48 hours to restore secure access.
